Our hope, here at MPLS FIRE, Twin Cities Recovery Project and YourPath, is to help you get the treatment you need as soon as possible.

YourPath offers an online assessment that will help you gain access to care and recovery resources, as well as medications for opioid or other use disorder.

Here’s how it works:

1. Watch a video.

2. Talk with your peer to determine whether you’d like an assessment or medications for opioid or other use disorder, or both.

3. Fill out some forms.

4. We’ll get you scheduled for a video visit with a clinician and/or provider.
