Support for your recovery journey

We believe that accessing recovery supports should be as easy as accessing drugs. And we all know how easy that is. We also believe there are many flavors of recovery, and the journey of recovery looks different for everyone. That’s why we’ve made our services easy to access and why we offer many different options for ongoing or temporary support. Wherever you are in your journey, we are here for you.

  • ASAM Level 1 outpatient services provide structured, community-based support for individuals with substance use disorders who do not require intensive or residential treatment. This level of care is ideal for those who are medically stable, motivated for recovery, and have a supportive living environment.

What is Level 1 Outpatient Treatment?

Level 1 is the least intensive level of structured care in the ASAM continuum. Clients typically engage in:

    • Fewer than 9 hours per week of therapy and recovery services

    • Individual, group, and family counseling

    • Relapse prevention and recovery planning

    • Motivational support and skill-building

Services are scheduled around needs and responsibilities—making this a flexible option for those working, attending school, or managing family life.

    Services include:

    • Individualized treatment plans, updated every 30 days

    • Functional and risk assessments to guide care

    • Qualified providers: LADC, mental health professionals

    • Ongoing review of the client’s ASAM placement dimensions

    • Clear documentation of progress toward goals

    Who Is This Level For?

    Level 1 is designed for:

    • Individuals with mild to moderate substance use symptoms

    • Those stepping down from more intensive levels of care

    • People in long-term recovery who benefit from continued outpatient support

    • Court- or probation-referred clients needing structured treatment in the community

    🔹 What to Expect

    Clients typically participate in:

    • 1–2 group sessions per week

    • Monthly or biweekly individual counseling

    • Optional peer recovery, treatment coordination, and community referrals

Services may be delivered in-person or via telehealth, depending on availability and client preference.
