Support for your recovery journey
We believe that accessing recovery supports should be as easy as accessing drugs. And we all know how easy that is. We also believe there are many flavors of recovery, and the journey of recovery looks different for everyone. That’s why we’ve made our services easy to access and why we offer many different options for ongoing or temporary support. Wherever you are in your journey, we are here for you.

Some folks want to access other options for treatment. Our only agenda is helping you feel better. Any way we can help, whether that is a comprehensive assessment, referrals to treatment or even a referral for help finding a job, we’ve got you covered.

ASAM Level 1 outpatient treatment offers flexible, community-based support for individuals with substance use disorders who do not need intensive or residential care. This level is ideal for people who are medically stable, motivated for recovery, and able to maintain daily responsibilities.
Clients typically participate in fewer than 9 hours per week of services, including individual and group counseling, relapse prevention, and recovery planning. Care is delivered by qualified providers and may be offered in person or via telehealth.
Who This Is For
Level 1 outpatient services are appropriate for individuals with mild to moderate substance use symptoms, those stepping down from higher levels of care, people in long-term recovery, or court- or probation-referred clients needing structured outpatient support.
YourPath’s Role
YourPath provides high-quality, non-biased assessments and helps connect individuals to the right provider based on clinical need, location, and insurance.
