Video visit attendance policy
At YourPath, we make every effort we can to have a provider see you when you are ready for support. We know it can be difficult to ask for help and our team aims to respond when you make the effort to reach us.
To maintain this availability, we ask for people to cancel their appointments at least 2 hours before their scheduled appointment time. This can be done via text or phone. If you are unable to cancel 2 hours ahead of time, or if you aren’t present for an appointment and don’t contact us (no-show), we will reach out and provide a reminder of this expectation and invite you to schedule with us again.
Same Day visit appointments are filled first come first served. You may not be scheduled with your regular provider and a spot is not guaranteed. Please call first thing in the morning to ensure you will be seen that day.
Here is what you need to know:
Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and you must call or message us within business hours to schedule a same day video visit.
Appointment cancelation
We require you to cancel your appointment at least 2 hours ahead of time. Cancelling an appointment less than 2 hours ahead of time equates to 1 missed appointment. No-showing an appointment also equates to 1 missed appointment. You may call or message us to cancel.
Missed appointments
3 missed appointments within 90 days will require you to contact us the day of your desired appointment. You will not be able to schedule for a later date. Contact us early because these spots are first come first served. We will wait for you in the video room for 10 minutes, after which if you have not arrived, we will consider this 1 missed appointment.
Same day visits
Same day visits must be arranged on the day of the desired visit. Contact us early because these slots are limited.
YourPath cares about your wellness and we aim to assist you in moving through life related to your substance use. We will be spending more time and effort toward helping you attend appointments and support other efforts you are taking toward recovery, safety, and other ways of improving your health and wellness. Our engagement team will be reaching out more often, and our full medical team will support their efforts toward connecting you with the best care possible.
