YourPath + Hennepin Healthcare

Hennepin Emergency Medicine is partnering with YourPath to address patient needs related to substance use. This partnership will include having peer recovery specialists and other supports on-site and available virtually. This collaboration won’t replace services provided by any Hennepin Service, especially those provided by Addiction Medicine, but will support patients and staff as people transition through the system or into the community.
